• My haircut and highlights are perfect! I made a big change cutting off 12 inches and I was worried I would have an adjustment period but as soon as my hair dried I couldn’t stop looking at it and playing with it. Roza was friendly, efficient, and overcame all of the weirdness that came with reopening after covid. I Imagine it can be hard to give layers that frame the face when you can’t see someone’s chin but she did and my haircut is perfect
