• Hollyn is meticulous, kind, and very knowledgeable. It is completely inconvenient for me to come there to get my brows done, but it is because of her that I do it. One suggestion I have is that the front desk should alert Clients when a technician is running behind schedule. It would've been nice to have someone call me to let me know that she was running behind so that I could have done another errand beforehand. She was running behind due to the tardiness of the client before me. Please consider apprising your clients prior to their arrival when this is the case. I run my own small business and if I am running behind with my clients, I let the next one know in advance
