• I appreciated that they initially declined to cut my hair, knowing that a client with an appointment would be arriving soon. That shows me that they respect their scheduled clients' time. However, after waiting a reasonable amount of time for the client to show, they did eventually go ahead and cut my hair. It was a perfect way to pass the time while I waited for my son to get his hair permed. When the scheduled client finally did arrive late, they continued to work on my hair with care and complete professionalism. I didn't feel as though they rushed to get done just to get back on schedule.
