• From the very first call Day spa and bath shop personnel was friendly, welcoming, and extremely accommodating. I was visiting out of town to assist with my real father I wanted to do something special for him. We drove from Winterhaven and while en route we experienced traffic from a huge accident as well as loss of our GPS signal and missed our scheduled appointment. Despite the lateness the staff accommodated us by one of the specialist staying late to ensure that Dad could have a great experience. At the location itself we were also greeted with friendly smiles and offered beverages and an opportunity to decompress from the stress of driving and getting lost multiple times. I don't travel to that area often however I will be doing a public review and sending all the business I can to this great spa and hope that I will be able to visit for myself very soon!
