• The experience for our family of 5 was fantastic. I especially appreciate the woman who did my pedicure (I wish I got her name), she was incredibly kind. My husband, who has never had a pedicure, was also booked with her. He was uncomfortable and embarrassed of his feet. This sweet and wonderful lady provided him with comfort and support. Customer service is highly focused on how someone feels, and she did not disappoint. Please recognize her for her hard work, she deserves it. I rated a 9 because the business can use some updating, which I believe is being worked on. I noticed lots of imperfections, such as deep scratches in the wall paint. Most importantly, please make sure your employees have what they need to do their job. The pedicure ladies are working with nail polish remover bottles that don't pump and chairs that are missing wheels. I know there is a cost associated with upgrades, but at the very least, keep your employees safe. Overall, I am very satisfied with our services and will return.
