• My massage therapist in the whole staff were very professional, and the therapist in particular was very knowledgeable and thorough. I never felt rushed and she did an amazing job! The website, however, is lacking in some areas and I was not able to add "add-on services" by selecting them individually or even in the notes. It never seemed to reach the staff at the Lakeside Village location and they did not and we're not prepared for the additional services that I had requested because the app did not work correctly. According to the front desk staff, this happens quite often. At first, they thought they would not have time to do it because there was a staff meeting immediately follow our appointment, but they may accommodation for my therapist and I'm very thankful for that.
