• The staff is always great. The massage and facials are fantastic. One recommendation for Lakeland location is around the noise in the hallways. Even with the relaxation music in the rooms, the noise in massage rooms still is noticeable. Have you tried to have white noise machines (or Echo/Alexa) to play in hallway. Could be set on the floor or even attached to wall. May help with the noise.
