• Reception- was pleasant. The Tranquility room was a bit smaller than I am used to, but it was clean. I like a lounger instead of a chair. It was comfortable though. The snacks and mimosas were a nice treat. The 2nd mimosa was so much better than the first. The Massage Specialist was very well skilled. I asked where she had attended school and she told me about her experience at a school in Maitland, near Orlando. We started a couple of minutes later than time. Which was okay. The treatment room was clean, the table was comfortable. She really did an amazing job working out some areas of tension in my back. She was has fantastic personality and I enjoyed conversing with her very much. I am used to a little more strength from Theresa at Watson Clinic, but her level of intensity was good. I move a lot of patients at the hospital and I get tension in my back, neck and shoulders. She did amazing work getting those areas covered. Used to a little more with the legs and feet. The hot towels were nice. When I left I was so sleepy, being that I was up for work at 2:30 Am, was so relaxed getting home was a bit of a challenge.. That only means.. job well done. lol The next day I did not want to get out of the bed. I had mentioned mystery shopping for Spa Envy.. it has been a while.. I believe the contractor outfit for them is called A Closer Look Mystery Shopping.. They do Bob Evans too. wink wink.. just don't tell them that you are working in the spa business. All in all satisfied nicely. I will book again with the other gift certificate next month. I would have Miss Norris again, it all depends on how are schedules align. Thank You so much.
