• Everyone is always kind and professional, from checking in through checking out. The new renovations and waiting area are calm and quiet. The new pedicure chairs are comfortable and relaxing. My only complaint is that the new manicure chairs are not meant for all sizes and I found myself constantly shifting around looking for some way to get comfortable. I wanted the appointment over as quickly as possible when usually I am more than happy to interact with the ladies. I really enjoy the atmosphere and seemingly unending color selections, makes for fun appointments all the time.

• We are appreciative of the work going into the salon. Wasn't aware of the price increase until we checked out, so a little disappointed in the communication around that. The chairs at the manicure station aren't made for customers only for looms. Please upgrade to comfortable seats.
