• Upon entering, reception was very welcoming. At each of the four services experienced, the Tech was professional and excellent in their technique/presentation. The facility was clean. The calming areas before each service were comfortable and clean. I like the new chairs very much. The mimosas that I had were delightful and in between snacks, were the perfect balance. At the massage and facial room, both Techs checked with me, if the temperature of the bed warmers were good and placement of the leg rests. Superb. Conversation with each of the Techs was enjoyable, they all were very nice. Before the massage, the Tech checked with me, if there were any areas needing special attention. It was a great experience from start to finish. There was a lot of emphasis on making the client feel very comfortable all around, and an added personal touch, like with something as simple as serving me another mimosa during the pedicure. Top Notch all the way. My Deluxe Spa Sampler package was just what the doctor ordered. lol. Thank you.

• Upscale experience. My massage therapist was a man, and he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was so impressed with him.
