• I love the service that I’ve been given from Vanessa , Caylyn, Christine, and Kaylee. These people are the only reason I continuously go and spends 100s of dollars. But recently I have noticed a lack of professionalism and satisfaction when it comes to booking my appointments. I have noticed a complete 180 at the front desk due to the constant turnover. I’m not sure what exactly is going on within the company to consistently have turnover this high but it concerns me. The people here are my dear friends and I am only worried about their happiness. The lack of training at the front desk is very clear as I struggle to trust them when they book my appts. I want to be clear I am NOT talking about the people who have been there a while, like Bree or Beth. They know what they are doing but half the time I go in and it’s a random person that doesn’t know how to book an appt. The front desk girl Caitlyn took 15 minutes to book an appt and I had to go over on my break for her to just do it wrong. I had to call back because I didn’t want to no call no show.
