• Overall the experience was amazing. Each staff member was professional and friendly. My only complaint (and I realize this is just a personal preference) because the manicure & pedicure space is shared the room can get pretty chatty. I prefer to relax in silence. If I just wanted my nails done and didn't care about how much noise there might be around me, I'd go to any nail place. I choose Daydreams because it is different-- quiet, relaxing, private even-- except the nail room.

• Had a very therapeutic massage that I really enjoyed and did a ton for me in regards to alleviating pain. Also, I loved my pedicure. Both practitioners were lovely and professional as was the rest of the staff that I encountered. I will be happy when the Covid protocols are over....as no robes, mask wearing (glad to not have to wear during massage) def took a little away from the authentic spa experience *for me*. This is not a reflection of your staff at all as I understand you are just following protocols that were given so you can run your business and be open (which is why I am still giving you the 10 rating). Would it be a horrible idea to suggest for you to consider having your staff take temperatures with infrared thermometer on wrist instead of the forehead? If you dig into some research you may find, much like I did, that they can give an inaccurate reading on the forehead. Also, these thermometers are harmful to the eyes if pointed in the eyes, and of course, no one would intentionally do that....but wrist reading also prevents that from accidentally happening. And lastly, there are claims that these thermometers are safe if used properly but if you dig a little deeper for yourself and you realize that you are zapping people in the forehead, and just behind the forehead you will find the pineal and pituitary gland. Have there ever been any safety tests with these thermometers on those glands? The answer is "no"! And they have found that the pineal gland has very similar tissues in it as the actual eye does. The fact that this has never been studied for safety
