• Only reason is because I had multiple services scheduled and one of the emailed appointment times said 10 a.m, so when I arrived at that time I was told my appointment was at 11:30 and they took me back to wait. But then around 11:40 I got a call from the spa asking when I would be arriving and they didn't even know I had been waiting in the back. Other than that everything was great
