• Susanne has been my esthetician for the last several months. My facials are very relaxing. She always suggest new or different treatments to address my mature skin conditions, and very knowledgeable about skin care. She also educates on what products/routines I can do at home between my appointments. The front desk staff is consistent, very friendly and accommodating. The facility is immaculate and the overall experience has been excellent! My only suggestion for improvement is follow the suggested Mask guidelines, remove the masks if vaccinated. I am vaccinated. I've never seen anyone's face in the salon, including Susanne. Kind of strange for visiting the salon for several months and can't say I can recognize anyone.
