• So far, I've only seen Rowena and Kelly. They are both excellent, which accounts for their personality, courteousness and professional expertise. I haven't utilized any of the other services provided by Bliss other than lash extensions on the end of my eyes but that was years ago when Denise was there, who did a fabulous job also.
