• I was seeing Suzanne for months/years but she left. I made the appointment with Jessica last month. Came in and Jessica says " fir eye brow wax". No a facial. She went out to check and found I was supposed to be with Kelly. Everything ended up running 15 minutes late because of this mix up. Kelly was great and I've made another appointment next month with her. Overall experience was good as I try different estheticians to find a good match. Just a lot of confusion this time that I've never experienced in the 12-15 years I've been going to Bliss.
