• When we were getting ready to leave, by accident I spilled some water on the floor. I wiped it to noticed various kinds of hairs. Like the floor and or the rugs needed to be vacuumed. The amount and length of them clearly showed wasn't ours. The service was great but that unexpected detail was unpleasant.
