Shabbath's is a constant professional. He is very knowledgeable on The Art of Massage. If you never had a massage before Shabbath will make you feel comfortable and at home. I give day of rest massage a 5-star rating.

I've been seeing Shabbaleth (sp?) for a several years at the last spa he worked out of in Soho & returned many times over for his skill in reflexology, working with essential oils & stones massages - As well as his deep tissue work for chronic pain and inflammation. But,mostly, because of Shabbalith's (so?) balanced energy & expertise as a massage therapist. He's one of the best I've had over the years in NYC. He's professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to see and have him work all those NYC knots and exercise or daily stress pains out or anyone, is sensitive to the needs of his clients & will adjust the pressure for those who want lighter pressure or those who want deeper work. It's always a positive experience and I'm glad he's created his own business with Day of Rest Massage!
