• Dawn Pilates is a special place. This place isn't a "cookie cutter", all the students are the same, mass instruction type of place. DP has been extremely beneficial to my mental and physical health! My bone density levels got so much better!!

• I liked the set-up...The studio is nicely designed. I was glad to meet Amanda. Loved the professional approach to introducing us to Pilates. Christine did an excellent job of being there for her students...always one or two steps ahead of us and so cheery and thoughtful! I look forward to coming back!
