Bc I find Emily Darling to be knowledgeable and able to share her knowledge in such an authentic and inviting way. She creates an environment that feels safe to "join" and do whatever we are there to do.
Also, the studio has a warm and inviting energy. It feels good in there. I feel grateful when I am there. :)
Classes are always lovely. It’s great there’s often a virtual option too.
