Because Tess was freaking amazing. Awesome conversation, consult was on point, told her what I wanted and she delivered everything i wanted in my hairstyle. She really made the experience. Her expertise and calm down to hearth personality floored me. I mean literally could not say enough about how amazing she was, the way she treated me and her attention to detail is really special.
