She did mine & my mom’s mani-pedi at the same time, never rushed, was pleasant to talk to, and even waived a fee for us because we hadn’t been aware of it. • I was able to get the appointment time I wanted. I could understand the person who answered the phone. I was waited on as soon as I arrived and offered a beverage Rissel is the lady who did my nails. She was very warm and professional. *Rissel listened to me and did what I wanted. She advised me about what was healthiest for my nails and was able to correct what another salon had done. She didn't put down the other salon at all. She just started me on my way to healthier nails and the look I like. I will also say that I'm a talker and Rissel can converse on any subject. I really like that. I was looking for a new salon and I believe I have found it. My appointments will be with Rissel. She's very good. Thank you!
