• There are many reasons for that score. I have just moved here from out of state and had no one to recommend someone who is good with blonde hair. I am very particular about who does my hair and was a bit apprehensive before my appointment. Every touch point from scheduling to leaving the salon was pleasant. Gracie took the time to listen to what I wanted. She made great suggestions and was easy going and fun to talk to during the process. My color was a little lighter than I am used to but it looks great! She let me know she made notes on everything we did and if I needed to tweak anything at my next visit to let her know. The color really accentuates my eyes and skin. I have gotten many compliments. The pricing was very reasonable and I felt it was a good value for my money. I look forward to going back. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

• 1. The receptionist was slow. 2. I asked Ashley to access my face for any suggestions other than the basic facial I was getting. She ended up using the microdermabrasion process on my nose and chin. She charged an extra $30 which is excessive just for small area. 3. I had scheduled a shampoo and style with Taylor after the facial which went over by about 10 minutes. Bailey was saying to Ashley that she didn't think there would be enough time before Taylor's next client. I heard Ashley say it was an employee. Taylor ended up doing my hair but I felt rushed. 4. I bought several items of clothing and the sweater (which was the only large) had a pull place right in front at the collar. I asked Bailey if there was anything that could be done about that. She said she had no idea. I asked if there were any managers available. She said no. I bought the sweater anyway thinking I may can push the threading back in or try something at least. With all of this being said, it seems as though I should rate less than a 9. I will say that Ashley was very nice and informative. Also, I'm glad that you guys are now doing massages. I'll definitely be back to try one out as I have fibromyalgia. Regards,
