• Was able to get same day appt. Appointment started at exact time I was given. Taylor listened to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and gave me a great cut. She was professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. The business environment was comfortable and inviting. Great experience! The only thing I would change is being able to add tip in when paying for service. Having to get cash out separately for tip could be inconvenient.
