Non stop dancing, and I worked up a sweat. Fun, judgement free movement. (Plus I love Latin beats.) Music is sometimes too loud which keeps from a perfect 10.
DanceVibes classes are energetic and fun with great music and original choreography. All of our teachers are Excellent!
