Natalie worked with us on coming out to our location for our bachelorette party. We weren't going to be able to go to the studio for COVID19 reasons, so we reached out and asked if she would come to us. We set everything up in the front lawn and she taught us a fun routine centered around our bride. We had so much fun! You don't have to be a dancer to enjoy Dance Fit Flow. I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

I loved the instructor, Caroline! She was so welcoming, inclusive, and was there to make sure we got accomplished what we wanted accomplished. Whether it just be to get some movement in, improve, or revitalize your passion of dance, she always made sure we were being ourselves and having fun!

I love the environment it's welcoming to dancers and non dancers. I am so happy I found a place to unwind and have some fun after a long day of work. Alyssa is a great teacher with great patience (for us newbies) and really keeps us motivated. I think her filming helps me stay committed and wanting to dance my little heart out.

The class was super fun. Even though I'm completely uncoordinated and out of shape - I still enjoyed myself. I went home wishing I had discovered this class when I was 20 years younger. 😂
