I worked out for a full hour and burned the same amount of calories as I usually do at other studios, but I had so much FUN. Dance Fit Flow makes you forget you're working out. Instead you get to focus on moving your body in new ways. I honestly think the benefits to my confidence and stress levels far outweigh the fitness benefits.
