Dance fit flow has always provided a welcoming environment. No matter what your dance skill is we are all there to come together to do something we love and there is no judgment. Even with the virtual classes the instructors are still able to teach great classes and make us all feel welcomed and have fun!

Tara Jackson has been an amazing instructor and always makes the class enjoyable. Also all the other instructors make every class so much fun. The owners are always welcoming and they know me by name as well. I just wish more men would come join for the fun but I'm sure it will happen over time
