• Am enjoying the classes,..more fun and joy and i love it, as i told my friends and families , to come along and join the fun for good health, fitness and wellbeimg and keep being young at heart😍. The instructreses are so pleasant and happy, with gracious moves and energetic. So encouraging.. The ladies in every class are friendly and welcoming. Therefore am very satisfied.💖 Cheers

• Dance Dynamics is an all inclusive space; even though the classes I attend are generally quite on the higher intense side, the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, you come out sweaty and exhausted, but manage to do so being the best version of self. The leaders of the classes and the other attendees are welcoming, there is an obvious positive energy being generated. Even the newbies, who come in nervous and maybe stand at the back of the studio due to being self conscious seem to relax into themselves, we all make mistakes, do a different movement, get off count and it doesn't matter. Dance IS for everyone and Dance Dynamics makes it an accessible and supported space to be in. You can park your bad day or not so great feelings at the door, wander in, and just be.
