• I had my nails done by Karen for my wedding - just a normal gel one color manicure. I usually avoid gel because it ALWAYS lifts around my cuticle within a few days. I’m now on day 12 and no lifting whatsoever. This has literally never happened. I will definitely be returning to Karen!

• I was platinum blonde and wanted to go back to a more natural blonde with balayage and a smudge root. Kristen took the time to explain to me each step in the process. Sometimes it's hard to understand the end goal you are looking for can't happen in one session and she made sure to walk me through each step and what I should use on my hair (shampoo, conditioner etc.)until my next appointment. She killed it and I appreciated the time she took to educate me as well❤️❤️
