We recommend scheduling treatments in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available. Appointments can be scheduled online here. You may reach our spa by phone at 413-650-2207 during our business hours or by email at adriana@logcabin-delaney.com. Appointments are not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation itinerary via email or text stating treatment days and times. Please note that we require credit card details to secure all spa reservations.

cancellation

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require prepayment or a credit card on file to guarantee a reservation, so please have your credit card ready when booking.

check in

Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your appointment start time to register be sure all consultation forms are prepared for your service provider to review.

Late arrivals

Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. If you arrive later than the time of your scheduled appointment your treatment may be shortened in consideration of the next guests. Thank you for your understanding.

gratuity

Gratuity is not included in your service pricing. Upon your online booking you will have the option to highlight your desired percentage preference.

minimum age requirements

Guests must be 12 years of age or older to receive massage and facial treatments. A parent or guardian must be present during services until 16 years or older. Guests less than 16 years of age are not permitted to use the Infared Sauna. We recommend booking services together within our dual suite.

Gift Cards & promotional gift certificates

We are no longer affiliated with Skin Catering, therefore we DO NOT honor Skin Catering gift cards. A valid credit card still must be presented at the time of service for proper credit. Spa Gift Cards are final sale. Gift cards cannot be used to reserve an appointment. Gift cards are the responsibility of the purchaser or receiver. D. Hotel Spa will not issue credit for a lost or stolen card.
