• I chose 9 only because when I booked the appointment I was under the impression I booked 2 appointments at 12:20. One for myself and one for my mother. I wasn't aware nor did I notice in the emails following that the appointments were one after the other. That was not my intentions when booking. Luckily was able to walk around during my wait. I will make sure in the future to read all info. Also when tried to call to book had to leave a message and hope someone would call back. Perhaps if someone was available to answer the phone when booking appts the timing of appointments would have been discussed No complaints about the services. My mother and I had wonderful facials.

• I chose that 10 because it was great I just think you should be more inviting to men I feel like men should get pampered just as well as woman so yes you get a ten out of 10 I was very very pleased with everything I got thank you 😊😊😊😊😊
