• Kim B is absolutely wonderful. Always does great massages. I have so much tension in my back and she is really receptive to what I need. The spa manager Rayanna is so friendly and welcoming. Rayanna helped me purchase this really great moisturizer with tanner in it. Great place and can't wait for my next appointment.

• I chose 9 only because when I booked the appointment I was under the impression I booked 2 appointments at 12:20. One for myself and one for my mother. I wasn't aware nor did I notice in the emails following that the appointments were one after the other. That was not my intentions when booking. Luckily was able to walk around during my wait. I will make sure in the future to read all info. Also when tried to call to book had to leave a message and hope someone would call back. Perhaps if someone was available to answer the phone when booking appts the timing of appointments would have been discussed No complaints about the services. My mother and I had wonderful facials.
