• The associates did a great job listening and addressing my concerns. When I arrived at the hotel I was a little underwhelmed at my room and the fact that the jacuzzi was out of order. The spa and even the employees at the hotel made my experience there so much more pleasant. I will definitely be going back, specifically for the spa. I've already recommended my fellow stay at home moms to visit.
