Jamie provided exactly the massage I needed, unlocking and soothing muscle knots I hadn't even been aware of and giving great advice about avoiding unnecessary strain on shoulder muscles that have been giving me problems. The new location is welcoming, spacious and well appointed. And let's not forget a shoutout to Cheddar the doggy ambassador.
