• The instructors are absolutely AMAZING, I'm starting at The Westin & my time ever cycle classes was with Bruce on Tuesday , he advise me about the safety & go at my pace and feel free to join in whenever I wanted no pressure I loved it so much ♥️♥️♥️ I took my 2nd cycle class on Thursday with Jessica she was a lot fun as well I'm not Hooked & usually do Yoga but this cycle class is AMAZING and seeing the sun rise is priceless ❤️ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLASS TO EVERYONE. HAVE FUN & EJOY YOUR LIFE TO THE FULLEST 24/7 ‼️♥️♥️♥️♥️

• First of all, it’s the people that make the difference. Both Lisa’s, Tina and Natalie as instructors and Jennifer at the desk are all excellent. The instructors push you but you’re always aware that there is no pressure. The facilities are immaculate. And for me the location is great.
