It was fun and organized!! Only critique is I couldn't understand what the instructor was saying - her mic was muffled and very hard to understand. But other than that, it was amazing

Great workout. Great, upbeat instructor whose coaching was positive rather than "Harder! Go!" I plan to get a monthly pass after my 3rd intro class. Fwiw, the loud noise alert kept going off on my watch, so maybe a notch or two down on the volume would be good for participants' health. Thanks!
