• Cychology has been a refreshing departure from the regular "gym" cycle class. The instructors are knowledgeable and provide an upbeat, positive atmosphere. Ilove the lights in the room! Disco ball, led lights combined with energetic loud music make swearing and burning calories fun! I would recommend this class tonew and seasoned cyclists.
