• Brianna was amazing from start to end. I hadn't been to a salon in years, she made me feel comfortable right from the start. In the beginning we weren't sure if we would be able to do the fantasy colors I wanted in my hair because my hair was so fine/dry, & seemed to not be strong enough. Since we needed to lighten my whole hair pretty much, She was very upfront and honest and suggested we perform a "spot test" on a piece of hair to see how it would react to the lifting process. Everything turned out to be great, so we continued with the tedious process and in the end I am absolutely ecstatic with the way it turned out. I will not go to anyone else for my hair moving forward. Overall, the whole cuttin loose salon gave a great vibe and I definitely will be returning soon to try out some of the many other services they provide. Thank you Brianna & Cuttin loose for a wonderful experience! You have gained a forever customer.
