• I had an ingrown hair by my chin that I had been trying to get out for almost 2 years. I even became self conscious about it. I've asked other estheticians to remove it but they couldn't so I thought it was a lost cause. Jovanni politely asked if I wanted her to remove it. I didn't want to get my hopes up but when she did, I wanted to burst into tears.
