• Love the way the Loft looks. Beautiful setting. I felt like I'm in a professional place. The girls were helpful. They ran out of scents for classic spa pedi and offered next level for $5. Front desk, Yvette, was very social and I enjoyed talking with her. My daughter LOVES LOVES LOVES her chrome nails by Amy. She'll definitely make appt with her again.

• Love how sanitary the place is - new tools for each customer and the plastic wrap in the pedicure basins. Katherine took her time and I never felt rushed. It was very relaxing and she did a wonderful job
