  • Which therapist are you asking about? I've had lots of pain lately, so I had two massages in the past week - by Kimberly and Hannah. My 2-hour massage scheduled on December 22nd was with Amanda, whom I specifically planned on because the only two therapists available that week that matched my schedule were Hannah and Amanda. I already had a massage from Hannah. She did a good job but did not apply deep enough pressure to relieve my significant pain. I was disappointed when I showed up on the 22nd for my Amanda massage but got Hannah instead. Hannah did a better job this time and helped me out quite a bit, for which I am grateful. Although it turned out well in the end, it's uncool and unfair that I spent a chunk of money and time on a different experience than the one I signed up for, and no one gave me the option to proceed with Hannah or reschedule with someone else. I should have had a choice. I feel like I was taken for granted. I am not wealthy, so I can't just take my business somewhere else after I recently gave Y'all almost $1,800 for gift certificates to use in the future. I have a second job to pay for treatments with my back, including massages at your business. To sum it up - I'd give both of them a ten, but I'm disappointed I don't get to decide how my money is spent at your place. I am grateful for the relief I've received from your therapists over the years, but please don't take me for granted because I am a regular.
