• The masseuse I had was very intuitive and took the time to really figure out what I needed for pain relief and tailored her add on suggestions to it. The new building was really nice and all the staff were great. The only thing I found to be a bit disappointing was the cold stone facial massage or whatever it was called. I've had the same thing, or rather what it's meant to be, done during facials and that was my expectation when I agreed to it. It's literally just refrigerated like pebbles rather than the iced glass wands I'm used to. No oil or slip layer was applied to my face beforehand so it was literally just loose tiny kind of cold rocks being rubbed around on dry skin. Left a bit to be desired. If it had been a proper iced eye massage it would have been amazing and really tied it all together but even so everything else was great, I just won't be utilizing that add on in the future
