• I have had alot of time in the gym and classes. I wasn't expecting what I saw. The class was well organized, the moves were clearly choreographed ahead of time and simple, making someone like myself with two left feet on a good day able to do them. The pace was enough make me sweat, but not collapse before I finished. The instructors instructions were clear and not drowned out by the music and her energy, given the times was electric.

• The instructor had great energy, she was engaged, detailed and captivating. The assistant was attentive and kind. Everyone was able to stay engaged. She made a Zoom meeting amazing. I will be coming back for more!
