• I chose to score a 1 0 because of the instructor. This was my first class in chair yoga. I liked that the instructor was experienced and related extremely well. She explained and demonstrated the exercises in a way that was easy to get. I really enjoyed the class. And I was particularly pleased that the instructor has a background in dance. That is very important to me.
