I attended the afro-Brazilian drum class for the first time yesterday and I truly enjoyed myself. The teacher, staff and other students were lovely.

I've never had a bad time at Cumbe. The energy from front desk and instructors is always welcoming and affirming. The classes are fun, informative and a great workout with good people and energy. What's not to love.

Love the high energy of the teachers, especially Khaja! I hope to build the moves better so I can use then outside of class; maybe a bit more structure would make the Afrobeats class a 10 (ie. If the instructor committed to teaching the class one popular afrobeats move and took a lot of time to correct and make sure everyone gets it, then incorporates it into the choreo) Love cumbe. Love the people checking us in. Great vibes!

Class can be challenging for beginners new to dance or following fast pace choreography. It gets better with patience and practice.
