• I enjoy the emphasis on the energy aspect of the practice. Just about the only thing I would like to see incorporated would be to start and end the practice with an AUM.

• It wasn't what I expected or thought I signed up for but the experience was nice and relaxing. it was my first time doing yoga and i'd do it again although I am a little sore but the instructor was nice and pushed me to try my hardest but also respected when I couldn't.

• Great instructors. Friendly atmosphere. Love the inclusion of crystals for healing and learning about new crystals/healing properties. Enjoy experiencing the energy of others in the class. Appreciate the opportunity to heal my body physically (flexibility/strength), but more importantly energetically.
