• I was worried it would be too uncomfortable, but the staff out my mind at ease, gave me "ways out" if I got anxious, and were just really nice. On top of that, I felt really good after it was over. I think I slept better overall, but took me longer to get to sleep (probably for other reasons). Excited to come back.
