• The floor is very slick by the shower area. I don't like that the light stays on while I'm in the pod. I also think it would help if you had an option for 2 towels as females usually have 1 just for hair. Also a room to dry your hair would be nice even if its separate from that room. I do very much enjoy my floating there

• The staff was so helpful in answering all my questions. I appreciated them offering services that I didn't know existed and giving me ways to afford them. Cryotherapy has done wonders for my back and the this location is so convenient for me.

• I arrived early and was able to start my session early. The young man who welcomed me also kindly filled up my water jug before explaining the rules of the sauna. No fuss no frills and I was in and out within 40 minutes for my 30 minute session.
