• The front desk staff was knowledgeable about the services, my fiancé and I enjoyed our detox-time together in the Sauna and then we took our turns with 2 additional services. We each did the Floatation Therapy, I did Cryotherapy and he did the Normatec! I don't know if it was all mental or not, but after the "Sauna, Cryotherapy and the Floatation Therapy" I didn't have any lower back pain all evening! Would absolutely recommend!
